The certification


Organic farming is a conscious choice and a responsible attitude toward people and the environment. It entails, among other things, specific production methods, the use of natural resources and the rigid restriction of chemical or genetically modified raw materials and the regulation by the EU as well as national legislation. Regulation lays down specific guidelines concerning both the agriculture and the processing of organic foods.

Organic farming and processing of our products is documented on audits that confirm our compliance with the rules, through the issuance of certificates for each year of farming.
